Our goal is to provide you with fashion that you love.  If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact Trista at shopbeyondthebrand@hotmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will assist you with your needs as soon as possible.  All returned items must be unwashed and unworn free from all pet hair, smoke, stains and perfumes.  Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.  
 
Exchanges are not guaranteed because of size quantities. 
All sale or clearance priced items are FINAL SALE and are nonrefundable.  
 
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR REFUNDSWE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHODFeel free to reach out to us if you have any issues regarding styles or sizing.  If you are issued store credit, please note that it does not expire. 
 
Store credit will be issued via email within 3-5 business days upon the delivery of your return.
Beyond The Brand is not responsible for items lost by the postal service.  You will need to initiate a claim with USPS if your items shows delivered before you contact us.  They offer GPS locations on all of their drops and a lot of times they are delivered to a wrong address.  
Custom Orders
Anything that is customized or with any form of personalization is FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
